Add a new user to your account

If you or a colleague would like to join an existing Piclo account, an admin can invite you via Settings → Team and Invite new member..

Please note that people you invite via the Team page are granted only basic permissions by default. To understand what these permissions cover, refer to our help articles. If you need to modify a user’s permissions or have any other requests, please contact our customer support team

Admins can invite up to eight users (including any machine/API users) via the Settings → Team page. If you need to add more than eight people, please contact our support team for assistance.
