Managing team members and permissions on Piclo

Piclo makes it easy to manage your organisation’s team members and their access levels. By setting granular permissions, you can ensure that each person has the right level of access for their role, while keeping your organisation secure.

Inviting colleagues to your team

You can invite colleagues to join your organisation directly from the Team page:

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Select Invite a colleague.

Once invited, colleagues will receive an email with instructions to join.

Team Size Limits

Each organisation can add up to 8 members.

If you need more seats, simply contact the support team and we’ll be happy to help.

Permissions Overview

By default, all sellers on Piclo have the following permissions:

  • Procurement: View competitions and upload assets in order to participate.
  • Bid Admin: Submit and edit bids to engage with competitions.
  • Account: Manage team member roles and permissions to maintain access control. This role is automatically granted to the user who first registers the organisation on Piclo.

Additional Permissions and Customisation

To adjust user roles, request access to dispatch or settlement, add new team members, or deactivate accounts, please contact Piclo support.

API Integration for Sellers

Sellers can enhance their Piclo experience through API integration, enabling automated tasks and data exchange.

  • Obtain API Credentials: Contact Piclo support to request API credentials. These will be provided along with access to a test environment.
  • Credentials on Team Page: API credentials appear as an email address on the Team page, identifiable by including @api.picloflex.com .

Unsubscribe option from Competition Open emails

Sellers can opt out of the "Competition Open" email notification. To unsubscribe, please contact support.
